About Minysa
High-Reliability Gate-Driver Solutions for Critical Power Stages
About Minysa
Our Story
Mind Your Satisfaction
Minysa comes from “Mind Your Satisfaction.” It reflects how we work: we start from the customer’s real system constraints and design for measurable outcomes. In high-reliability power electronics, satisfaction means predictable behavior, clear evidence, and accountable delivery, from first samples to qualification.
GaN inside. Simplicity outside.
This is the product translation of our promise. GaN performance is often limited in practice by gate-control complexity, EMI, and integration effort. We keep that complexity inside a robust, predictable gate-driver interface and a clear ASIC integration path, so teams can move faster with lower system risk.
Built by Experience, Driven by Innovation
Minysa is a fabless company based in Switzerland (Neuchâtel), founded by a team shaped by decades of power-semiconductor development in safety-critical environments where qualification discipline, documentation, and reliability are non-negotiable. Over time, our work in gate driving, protection, and integration revealed a recurring gap: high-performance power stages are often limited not by the device itself, but by how it is controlled and integrated.
That insight, combined with ongoing research and innovation, led to Minysa: building high-reliability gate-driver ASICs and integration building blocks that make advanced power stages more predictable, easier to validate, and faster to adopt. Our innovation focus includes noise immunity, switching control, and integration robustness.
Our mission
Deliver high-reliability GaN gate driving and integration blocks that help customers build power systems that are smaller, cooler, and more efficient.
What makes our approach different
We don’t “just ship a chip”. We deliver an integration adoption path backed by validation discipline and evidence-ready documentation.
- Designed with high-reliability constraints in mind (radiation, harsh environments, long mission life)
- Focus on switching robustness (dv/dt immunity, parasitics awareness, protection strategy)
- Integration-ready roadmap (from gate driver ASIC to SiP options when critical)
European sovereignty
For critical programs, supply chain matters. We follow a 100% European sourcing strategy (foundry, packaging, test) with traceability compatible with qualification flows and reducing dependency.
How we work
We work as an extension of your team, moving fast from early target specs to engineering samples, evaluation boards, pilot integration and a clear qualification plan with transparent follow-up and long-term production support.
How we live it

Trusted
We commit to clear milestones, transparent tracking, and accountable ownership. Partners know where things stand, what comes next, and how risks are managed, building confidence from first samples to qualification and production.
Excellent
We apply rigorous engineering and verification habits shaped by safety-critical ASIC development. Every design decision is backed by data, repeatable test methods, and documentation that supports demanding customer and program requirements.
Impactful
We focus on system-level outcomes: higher efficiency, predictable switching behavior, and simpler integration. The goal is measurable gains in SWaP, thermal headroom and EMI robustness, translating into faster validation and lower total system cost.
One team
We co-develop as an extension of the customer’s team. Fast feedback loops, shared debugging and practical design-in support keep projects moving, from early target specs to pilots, qualification planning, and long-term support in production.
